Meet The Founder
Zen Concierge Nursing was founded by Lidys Rafaela Lopez, a highly experienced and skilled post-plastic surgery recovery Registered Nurse.
With 15 years of hospital and outpatient post-surgical experience, including work at prestigious hospitals like UCSF, UPMC, CPMC, and many others, Lidys brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Zen Concierge Nursing.
Lidys saw an unmet need for post-operative recovery care services in San Francisco and the Bay area, and thus, Zen Concierge Nursing was established in 2022.
Lidys holds multiple certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She got certified in the U.S. for Vodder Manual Lymphatics and In South America for the Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Godoy's method.
She also holds multiple certifications in post-plastic surgical recovery and rehabilitation techniques, which she earned by training with a master's in post-plastic surgery in Colombia, South America.
The founder of Zen Concierge Nursing firmly believes that preparation before surgery, a combination of holistic interventions, and Western medicine can help patients heal faster after any procedure and prevent complications.
She strives to help her patients decrease the need for strong painkillers by activating the body's healing powers through manual lymphatic drainage, medical radio-frequency, nutrition, and offering comfort measures to alleviate pain and inflammation.
She learned effective rehabilitation holistic techniques implemented at other places in the world like Brazil , Colombia and Europe and brought them to assist post-surgical patients in San Francisco Bay Area to speed up their healing and improve their surgical results.

- We are located at 3354 20th Street, San Francisco, CA. and our services cover the entire Bay Area.
- We currently offer post-surgical rehabilitation sessions, facials, chemical peels, Fajas, and post-surgical undergarments at our physical location.
- We are proud to announce that in July 2024, we will inaugurate our post-surgical recovery suite. In this suite, patients can stay overnight to recover from anesthesia and receive comprehensive nursing care before going home when ready.
